If you visit Indonesia don’t forget to stop by in several cities of East Jawa. Come to Pasuruan and Surabaya, in Pasuruan you will find many restaurants that serve Rawon. Some people believe Rawon is the original Pasuruan cuisine. The special flavor of Rawon is Kluwek. Kluwek is chewy black inside hard shell, that is the flavor.
